Text Resizing
The on screen text resizing feature is only available to viewers with JavaScript enabled. For those without JavaScript enabled, you can resize text using your browser text size settings as follows:
Internet Explorer
Select "View" from the menu bar, then select "Text Size" and select either "Largest" or "Larger" to increase text size, or select "Smallest" or "Smaller" to decrease text size.
Firefox & Netscape
Select "View" from the menu bar, then select "Text Size" and select either "Increase" or "Decrease", select "Normal" to return text size to its normal size.
Opera & Mozilla
Select "View" from the menu bar, then select "Zoom" and select either lower percentages than 100% to decrease the overall page magnification, or select higher percentages than 100% to increase overall page magnification. Select 100% to return the page to it's original magnification.
Safari
Select "View" from the menu bar, then select "Make Text Bigger" to increase text size, select "Make Text Smaller" to return to normal text size.
Skip Links
A "Skip to Contents" link is located at the top left of every page within the website.
This feature is especially useful to those using screen readers as this will ensure that when this option is selected, the user will be taken straight to the main content.
External Links
Links to websites which lead away from this website have been labeled to indicate that the link will open in a new browser window. All links to pages within this website will open in the same browser window.
Web Standards & Compliance
This website has been written using XHTML 1.0 Transitional and CSS for both layout and content styles. At the time of publication it complies with all W3C Guidelines in this regard and is also WCAG 1.0 AAA compliant.
